Duties and Responsibilities

 - Responsible for operational tasks at customer premises with the agreed scope
- Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis on security appliances, Network appliances, servers, workstations and associated systems.
- Prepare and perform Proof-of-Concept (POC) for the customer
- Gain educational levels to enable troubleshooting skills in order to handle advanced scenarios.
- Develop low-level design & as-built manual to document installation activities & provide it to customers.
- Report Lab /installation activities
- Conduct technical/hands-on training to customers.
- Coordinate Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, functional safety.
- Deep knowledge to translate customer needs to a solution.
- Develop network and project documentation.
