The course covers policy creation, incident management, and health assessment of the Forcepoint Web Security system. Students will develop skills in web policy creation, incident management, reporting, system architecture, and maintenance.
In this instructor led training course, you will learn how to install, configure, administer, and support Forcepoint NGFW. Through instructional content, demonstrations, and hands-on lab practice exercises, you will learn the requirements and recommendations to successfully deploy Forcepoint NGFW in a variety of network environments.
During the two days, you will learn the features, components, and key integrations that enable Forcepoint Email Security functionalities; how to administer policies, handle incidents, upgrade, manage and assess the health of the Forcepoint Email Security system. You will develop skills in creating email policies, configure email encryption, incident management, reporting, and system architecture and maintenance
During the three days, you will learn how to test an existing deployment, how to administer policies and reports, handle incidents and endpoints, upgrade and manage the Forcepoint DLP system. You will develop skills in creating data policies, building custom classifiers and using predefined policies, incident management, reporting, and system maintenance.

The course includes an overview of protocol-independent routing features, load balancing and filter-based forwarding, OSPF, BGP, IP tunneling, and high availability (HA) features. Through demonstrations and hands-on labs, students will gain experience in configuring and monitoring the Junos OS and monitoring device operations. This course uses Juniper Networks vSRX Series Services Gateways for the hands-on component, but the lab environment does not preclude the course from being applicable to other Juniper hardware platforms running the Junos OS. This course is based on Junos OS Release 18.2R1.9.

This course uses Juniper Networks EX4300 Series Ethernet Switches for the hands-on components, but the lab environment does not preclude the course from being applicable to other Juniper hardware platforms running the Junos OS. Optional lab components are available allowing attendees to perform network management and troubleshooting tasks using Junos Space Network Director 3.0. This three-day course provides students with the foundational knowledge required to work with the Junos operating system and to configure Junos devices. The course provides a brief overview of the Junos device families and discusses the key architectural components of the software. Key topics include user interface options with a heavy focus on the command-line interface (CLI), configuration tasks typically associated with the initial setup of devices, interface configuration basics with configuration examples, secondary system configuration, and the basics of operational monitoring and maintenance of Junos devices. The course then delves into foundational routing knowledge and configuration examples including general routing concepts, routing policy, and firewall filters. Through demonstrations and hands-on labs, students will gain experience in configuring and monitoring the Junos OS and monitoring basic device operations. This course is based on Junos OS Release 15.1X49

Through demonstrations and hands-on labs, you will gain experience in configuring and monitoring the advanced Junos OS security features with advanced coverage of virtualization, AppSecure, advanced logging and reporting, next generation Layer 2 security, user firewall, next generation advanced anti-malware with Sky ATP, next generation security intelligence with software-defined secure networks. This course uses Juniper Networks SRX Series Services Gateways for the hands-on component. This course is based on Junos OS Release 15.1X49-D90.7 and Junos Space Security Director 16.2.

Overview:

This course prepares you to take and pass the Certified Forcepoint Next Generation Firewall . Administrator (NGFW Virtual) Exam. The exam is included in the price of the course, but the execution of the exam is not accomplished during the course. A minimum score of 80% on the multiple-choice online exam is required to obtain certification.
